Unfortunately, I received mortgage advice and had a bad experience.
Banks are providing less and less service, - no more ATMs anywhere, - no more branches, - call centers replaced by AI. But are the services getting cheaper? So we're paying more and more and getting less and less in return.
Can anyone help me find the address for my local Rabobank? There's no phone number anywhere, only 088, but then you'll spend hours on the phone with no results. They send a letter that needs to be returned, but without a return envelope or a sender's address. Service has really deteriorated.
