Just had a phone conversation with a woman from Crelan. It would be great if you took a course in Friendliness, because if you treat all your customers like that, it's not good publicity.

I had an appointment at AXA today regarding a mortgage loan. Noëlla Merlo's professional approach really surprised us. A woman with a passion for her job. She informed us correctly and also kept us well updated via email. What top-notch service!

Thanks to a compelling story from the savings guide, I found Noela Mero. But this immediately decisive woman displayed her arrogance at the highest level! Such an unprofessional and "old-fashioned" conversation, with immediate judgments and a "no" answer to every question I asked, sent me packing within five minutes. Then I wonder... why don't people get called before their appointment is definitively booked?! Perhaps to save both parties' time?

I just went to the bank counter in Lanklaar as a loyal AXA customer (in Maasmechelen) and asked for help, but the unfriendly woman seemed unwilling. She responded very arrogantly and essentially sent me away without even helping me. She could have simply referred me to Maasmechelen with this problem, but even that was apparently too much trouble.
