The branch atmosphere was fantastic, especially with Manager Ms. Chen Yingru and Teller Ms. Lin Yufeng. That day I went to conduct foreign exchange transactions, made agreements, and transferred funds – all different things – and she handled them professionally, quickly, and correctly. Clean and efficient! I was very fortunate to have met these two asset management employees!
Ms. Lin Yufeng at counter C5 has an extremely poor service attitude, lacks patience and professionalism, which seriously undermines my long-term confidence and support for your bank! If smashing equipment and yelling at customers are your bank's basic attitude, then I have no expectations of your bank anymore. Thank you!
