I’m a foreigner who visited this location. I think Sam Huang did an excellent job and the managers are also very friendly and have smiles on their face. They check all the details. 100 TWD for service fee. That’s okay. I’m just happy to do currency exchange at such a clean and professional bank. The client next to me spoke English for her banking and I think it went well!

I went to open an account and Isaac Wang took me through the process very smoothly and even made a good effort to communicate in English. Good staff member.

Didn't have a problem here as a foreigner, which isn't something that I can say about other banks.

1. I hope a simple light display can be installed near the door to facilitate people waiting outside. 2. There is a parking space for cars and motorcycles outside. Although it looks like there are empty seats in the photo, it was full later, so there may not be seats. 3. The service attitude is good
