The worst service I have ever received! the employees are arrogant and lack of empathy, I will never do business with Banorte!
My experience at the Banorte branch in Plaza Mayor was unsatisfactory. I had to wait nearly two hours to be served just to make a deposit, and the staff was unhelpful. Furthermore, the teller process was incredibly slow, making the visit even more tedious.
I spent over 40 minutes waiting for them to authorize some checks, even though there were no other customers in the branch, and they still wouldn't help me. In the end, I had to leave. Very, very bad service. I don't recommend it!
Very friendly. They explain things clearly and understandably. No problem.
Terrible customer service from the employees, they don't seem to know they're there to serve the customer, they're rude, and if you complain to the manager, he treats you the same as everyone else.
