Worst bank
Lack of empathy, poor service, sarcastic and mocking comments from the executive at module 8. The procedure I required could have been done there, but they didn't. I had to go to another branch, and they completed the same procedure without any problems using only my INE (National Electoral Institute) card. They need better training.
Terrible service, they don't even give you the full amount of the checks, and to get them to do anything you have to count the money at the bank in front of everyone. What an intelligent solution.
I was just making a deposit and it took me over an hour and a half to get in line. They were giving priority to other people who arrived much later than me.
Excellent service from the executive Edgar; he handles the procedures efficiently and promptly.
