I met Mike in Amsterdam Amstel today! (I can’t add review twice in the same place which I also praise another colleague in the same branch) He was showing very patient, clever and professional attitude on dealing my complex requests! Highly recommend him and was lucky to have him in Rabobank.

Avoid this bank. I recognize myself in the other reviews about the false promises made by this bank. I was sent to this branch by the Croeselaan head office with the promise of a "warm transfer" so I wouldn't have to identify myself again and explain everything a third time. Upon arrival, the office turned out to be unaware of my arrival, nor of my file. Later, I received a call from the branch's "team leader." She's the kind of person who doesn't work on Fridays and whose lack of leadership directly impacts the quality of her team. During this call, she was mainly trying to clean up her act. Sad.

Unreliable bank (for business accounts) making false promises. A year ago, I asked when it would be possible to make business payments without that random reader. They said within a year. Okay, fine, I'll just be patient. Now, a year later, they say there are no plans to enable payments without the random reader. That's simply misleading.
