Do not come here! Worst customer service. I only went to this bank to exchange some US dollars to Taiwan dollars for my short vacation in Taiwan. I got my ticket at 9:03am and didn’t leave until 10:06am. Over one hour and they still couldn’t give me money after filling out all the paperwork and passport info. The lady walked to the back room more than 5 times before I lost count. I finally told the lady to give me back my money. I walked out and walked 3 minutes down the road to Bank of Taiwan. It took only 4 minutes to get exchange money, including all the paperwork and passport info. That’s 4 minutes walking into the bank and leaving. I do not know what the issue is with Taipei Fubon Bank but I will NEVER walk in that bank again. Oh and they wanted to charge me a fee of 100 Taiwan dollars since I’m not a member, Bank of Taiwan didn’t charge me any, ZERO fees. I’m still so mad they took over an hour!
