Here’s a sharp and direct review for your 1-star rating: I have never felt so disrespected at a bank before. The staff act as if I am begging for their service rather than being a legitimate customer. Their job is to assist customers through the process, yet their attitude makes it seem like we are the ones pleading for help. I seriously don’t understand how this bank was ever rated as "the best." The staff desperately need retraining on basic customer service because no customer should be made to feel like an inconvenience. On top of that, not a single employee here can speak English. Is this bank only for Taiwanese customers? Are all foreigners simply not welcome? Absolutely unacceptable service. If you’re a foreigner, don’t waste your time here.

Poor customer service!! Long hours of transaction waiting. Took us two hours for wiring money overseas which can be done for 15 minutes
