Rabobank 7 Van Heuven Goedhartlaan Amstelveen

Very nice branch, right in the centre of Amstelveen. Their service was quick and professional. I was able to get my work done in very short amount of time. The people were helping. The ambience if the branch is pleasant.

I have always received TOP service at the Rabobank Amstelveen. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service! A pleasure to be there!

No ATMs. The bank is like a ghost office, better visited by appointment only.

Now I'm completely blown away. After a whole lot of hassle with our child's debit card, I finally decided to go to the nearest branch (10 km away). When I arrived by car, there were only parking spaces for a minimum of four hours, for a total of 15 euros. I took the risk of not paying, although I was helped well within 15 minutes. Now I have an 85-euro parking fine. Have they completely lost their minds? I'm expecting a gesture from Rabobank.

I unfortunately have to change my review from "Excellent information at the counter" to: Empty promises and chaotic processes within Rabobank. It took a month and a half to access an account. Collaboration between stores and phone customer service, and the business side, is poor. This means a lot of hassle and contact to get (basic) things sorted out. Strange, but mostly a shame.
