The service is horrible... They take a long time to answer. Then all the counters stop without doing anything. The branch is very bad because I haven't had good experiences with others. Honestly, it took me an hour and a half to change my phone number. 😠😠😠

Excellent and fast service from the cashiers

I took my mother (88 years old) to open an account. An executive helped us even though it was "too late to open a pension account." He was good and as quick as the computer system allows. We were only there for half an hour, and we got the account. At Banamex, after a 2.5-hour wait, they had my mother's name wrong and told us to come back next week...

Terrible service. Customers are not treated the same way. They have preferences and also leave no room for complaints or opinions. Very bad place
