Terrible service! They kept me waiting until 4:30 when they had no one left to serve, and they even made faces when the manager went to ask why they weren't helping me.

Terrible service, they don't answer questions at the ATM and the cashiers are super slow.

They were very kind and attentive to me at all times. I went there to cancel a stolen card and get a replacement. Quick and friendly service.

The worst bank. The service is terrible. You want to resolve an issue over the phone and they tell you to go to the branch. You go to the branch and they tell you to call. You want to cancel a card and you call the cancellation center and they just keep giving you the runaround, wasting your time by telling you "don't rush" and then they hang up. And getting back in touch is a huge hassle. Choose any bank but Banorte.

Very poor service overall; it seems the requirements for hiring their staff are that they be rude and ill-tempered, like walking into an Oxxo convenience store, but much slower.
