Very good service. My card was registered without any problems and it was ready within 2 days. I will say that in no country where I have been, I have not been offered coffee or anything like that. So I really liked the service. Thank you.
Every single authority/shop/service at the Netherlands accepted my ID except this one. They told me that is damaged and that I have to find a new one. This means I have to travel back to my country just for this reason.
Bad experience; waiting far too long and very moderate advise!

It's absolutely insane. You ask for something as simple as your bank's phone number, and then you have to pay €5 from your credit card. I don't have one, so you can't call. But you have to make an appointment, otherwise they won't help you! Do you still understand?
