Wife and I were waiting to open a new account which was considered to take up too much time and they were going to help others in the line behind us first. Decided to leave after they helped 4 other people in line after us and other customers even insisting that we were in line before them.

Very very bad. They open at 9.30 and when you ask to open a New account you have to wait untill 10 o'clock. Because in their mind probably I don t work and i have time to lose and obviously I want to open an account to put the money that I receive every day from the sky and monthly from trees. Of course. When I said to her that I want closed my 4 account she said to me "yes is possible now". Unbelievable.

Despite plenty of negative reviews, I had a good experience with the service. They were patient and tried to help. Issue is not resolved yet, but at least they were willing to try, and forwarded it further.
