Think about the worst ING!! The hours of operation are incredibly confusing and frustrating. They close at either 5:00 or 5:30, but good luck finding that information anywhere! On top of that, there is absolutely no clear information about their lunch break, which seems to last until 1:15 PM. Why is it so hard to simply post your hours online or on the door? It's like they want to make it as difficult as possible for customers to plan their visit. The lack of transparency and communication is just unacceptable

This place should get zero rating. I hated my experience with them. I hope ING consider closing their disk their because they are not helpful at all. I went there 3 times with no result other than making me angry. First time I went it was around 4:15. Google map says they close at 5 so I thought I still have time to open a bank account. The staff told me wait we have some customers. I waited. Then I asked could you help me, they said its 4.30 and the system will kick us if we login in. I told them its 4:26 there's still time, they said we can't we are slow we need more time. Then I knew they were buying time not to give me the service. The next time I went with a friend, they said the system is down. The third time I went alone after school because my friend told me they opened a bank account the same day at their disk before school. I reach there and it was around 3:15, they said the system is down with impolite tone. Then I said a friend of mine came earlier this morning and was able

I found this place on ING website, it said it's open 8:00-18:00. I arrived at 17:05, they told me that they are open until 17:00. Ok, I come the next day, they tell me that computer is not working and they can't do anything. Ok, I come next week and now they tell me that they are not working from 12:00 to 14:00, even tho I specifically asked the first time what are their working hours and they mentioned nothing about this break. In all honesty, this place should simply not be listed on ING website to avoid any confusions in the future.

On the first visit, “the system” was not working. Today though, I guess I got lucky because everything was working and there was no queue! Got my issue resolved quickly, with the help of an energetic and polite guy manning the station.

This is NO service! Absolutely pathetic, the so called " bank office" is located in the back corner of a post office( between packages to send)and only one person working there! This level of service would maybe acceptable in Afghanistan or a very poor third world country.
