I was very satisfied, until I wasn't. It's been a month now, and the problem still hasn't been fully resolved. At the beginning of February, money I transferred to Garantiei was rejected. Apparently, there was a glitch due to an update. After two weeks, I could only deposit my money with Garantiei during office hours. Now, another three weeks have passed, and it still hasn't been fully resolved. I have recurring transfers that are being rejected again because they happen at night. I'm going to find another bank that will accept my money, has its software up to par, and quickly fixes any update bugs.

I opened my account today, which went smoothly and was activated shortly after. I also contacted ING because, when transferring to a new account, they indicated that the account and name (mine) didn't match. I went through everything, and the transfer arrived and was credited within two minutes. I hope it stays that way, and given the 2.80% interest rate for the first six months, it's worth it.

What a terrible bank! I recently went through the registration process, which wasn't exactly smooth. I finally opened an account and deposited money. A few days later, I received another email asking me to register, which I did again. Now I've received an email saying another bank account has been opened, requesting a deposit. This, even though I already have a bank account with funds in it. I opened the account because of the interest rate, but if I'd known this beforehand, I never would have done business with this bank. Absolute disaster!

The service is top-notch. Emails are answered immediately within an hour. A change to the deposit after the application was also adjusted effortlessly. The interest rate had dropped between the application and opening but was restored to the higher rate the same day.
