ING Bank 6 Beethovenstraat Amsterdam-Zuid

This is a branch with a best banking client service I have ever had in my life. Was very pleasantly surprised. The employees were very polite and helpful, they provided me with all the necessary information and helped me to open an account in no time. Highly recommend!

Easily a 0 Customer service with huge lack of touch. No privacy whatsoever was given, felt extremely unsafe in that environment, the guy was speaking out loud in front of another woman that was there waiting to be helped. The attendee was rude and acting un-bothered by my request disregarding my privacy. Seemed another person when he went smiling to the Dutch last that was there waiting (previously chatting with him outside the main entrance) Not given any proper customer care or follow up. Absolutely disgusting will change my bank ASAP

So much better than other Amsterdam branches. Polite and accommodating. Long waiting times though.

literally worst customer service, i have losy my login details, visited bank to change my address saved there because i moved, the guy changed the address and requested to send login details. I didn’t receive anything and one week later called the bank and they told me no one requested anythibg, so ihad to do it myself, and one week later i still didn’t recieve my login details so i called the bank again and they told me to wait until the end of thelast day, i still didn’t receive anything and every singlet time i give the info for 5 minutes on the phone and everyone keeps saying “request and wait” dude i cant pay my rent and cant do my payments should i just tell my landlord that i am waitinf???? and noone helps!

Completely useless at helping to create an international account for a 17 yrs old student. They not follow up or reply to email. KYC dept unhelpful. Suggest you go to on-line banking. Some other bank than ING.
