Came three different times to open an account and three different times got rejected with bullshit reasons, they try everything within their power to not open accounts for clients.
Staff made a lie that foreigner’s ARC needs to be 3 months old to open an account. Not true, you either really not know or maybe you don’t want to serve foreigners because it’s a hassle such as name and validation. I can open it just fine at another branch.
Their banking service is good, but they show little empathy toward their clients. They could be more considerate.
Good customer service.
