January 21, 2026 Excellent service experience At Counter C5, Ms. Wang Sihan was very friendly and provided detailed explanations, assisting me in changing my passbook and activating online banking. The financial advisor provided a comprehensive overview of financial products; excellent service.
5 stars for Mr. You, the bank teller; he was polite and helpful on the phone, and his explanations were detailed. 3 stars for management; despite not having many customers, the wait at the counter was often very long.
The service at counter C4 was very attentive and patient, answering questions and processing transactions with great care!
