Completely useless service. I went to change the phone number linked to my account, the girl who helped me said it was already done, but nothing happened. A complete waste of time. How can they not do something so simple? 🙄 They're practically giving away their salaries. Don't waste your time at that branch.

The clerk at the front desk (a dark-haired, slightly paunchy guy) is incredibly rude. He doesn't help you at all, gets angry, and when you ask him about something, he just gives you a phone number so you can use the answering machine. Of course, he wants to screw you over a thousand times. As for the rest of the bank, don't even mention it. THEY DIDN'T SOLVE ANYTHING.

Waiting for over an hour is incredibly inconvenient, especially when they say only teller window 1 can process my request, and the teller there doesn't care about the order of the queue and lets another customer in without regard for the order of the queue. Terrible customer service. ATMs are closed; what kind of service is this? It's awful. I went to the ATM on Avenida Juárez, and it was also closed.

They switch your card at the ATM and the branch staff are okay with it, be careful!! And when you go to file a complaint they tell you: Well, we've already blocked the card, it's resolved, and they don't help at all with filing a formal complaint. In fact, they come out with "we're aware that people with bad intentions do these things and then vandalize the ATMs," but when you actually want to file a complaint they make excuses and say they're not responsible for the cameras or monitoring suspicious people, even though other branches say they should formally take the report.
