I received terrible service from an employee named Lupita, who is the only customer service representative. She has consistently refused to provide me with my monthly statement for my credit card payments, claiming they are no longer authorized to provide it. However, if I go to the Cuauhtémoc branch, they do provide it. This person is clearly not trained to provide good, friendly, and courteous service. She doesn't seem to enjoy her work.

Being a branch in Finanzas CDMX, it's crowded and very small. I had to wait over an hour to be served, and the ATM at the only open window is very slow. Regarding the customer service, they are very friendly. It's worth noting that the branch is divided into two parts: one where the two windows are located, and the other where account opening is located, facing each other.

Terrible service both at the cashier and the executive took 1 hour to help me.

Terrible. The police wouldn't let me through, saying the ATM is only for employee use. I escalated the issue to Banorte's customer service line, but they said they weren't aware of it. They said you can withdraw money in case of emergency at the Oxxo across the street.

It's a very, very small branch. Because of that, it's always crowded, and today, Thursday the 13th, it's closed because, supposedly, their system is down. How come their system didn't go down yesterday when they weren't working, you sons of bitches?
