This is by far the worst branch I have ever visited. They seem to specialize in wasting customers’ time. The service is extremely slow and the overall efficiency is shockingly poor. The main bank management should seriously monitor this branch and take corrective action before it damages the bank’s reputation any further — or even consider closing it altogether. I have been sitting in the queue for over an hour. When I asked, they told me there were only six people ahead of me. God knows when my turn will actually come. To make things worse, the branch manager is just walking around doing nothing useful. I also noticed that some customers appear to be entering from another door and getting served immediately, while the rest of us are left waiting for hours. Soooo disappointing.
You should simplify the language you speak with us, because weren’t all accountants, it’s not always perfect, you should put a risk management plan for anything would happen.
