The worst bank ever! It took over an hour to get a statement for two employees, and it's been over 1:50 now and I've been waiting since 12:45.

To activate the card online, it took more than half an hour and the queue didn't move from 8:40 to 9:15. Honestly, it would be better if you removed the word "Islamic." There have been more than one problem and I say it remains "Islamic." I don't want to deal with a usurious bank, but that's enough because you are actually very, very, very bad.
