Upon arrival, a security guard instructed us to open the app and scan the QR code to get a queue number. But I was waiting for someone ahead of me for almost 30 minutes, which was too long. The machine called my number, but the other customer wasn't finished yet, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Other counters were calling different numbers. I arrived at the bank around 2:30 PM and it was quite crowded; many people had to wait. There was ample parking. There was an ATM outside for quick cash withdrawals.

The staff were slow and the procedures were cumbersome. The space was average, but it was convenient because it was near the VTC building's cafe and food court, although the staff here lacked professionalism.
