Absolutely the worst. So many mistakes. Terrible app. Avoid at all costs.
Why is the priority customer counter taking longer than the regular customers? It's been 25 minutes and they haven't come yet. I asked the staff and they said it's because it's crowded so they have to endure it. Boring, If you see a lot of customers, find a way to improve the service. But this makes customers wait for a long time.
The branch is large, clean, and modern. The staff are extremely professional and friendly.
The pretty and gentle counter staff at counter 14 provided quick support ❤️❤️
