I was helped by one of the shop workers( ing don't put own people, they gave the task to shop workers) and he did great job of helping me fix my not working app. He called ing service line for me as well for correct information and instructions. Thank you for your help!
One star is not even fair for this customer service. He shouts on people and all he says is I can’t help you. This is not the first time and it is annoying that I must go to Amstelveen every time. I am surprised by the company’s reaction to all these negative ratings. Something should be done about this.
The worst place ...they say it's open now 9am... but I was they said it opens by 11am...
Its my second time here. Person is not present. Last time he was shouting and told me how to “behave”. The worst experience ever.
