The staff in the Bank they are not respecting the queue ( New Zarka Branch ) As any staff friend they can do their deposit without waiting the queue Please find photo both customers are friend of the staff are doing their deposit without following the queue Is the customer are following the queue are the customer of your bank !!!!!!!

Very poor service—only two desks for individual facilitation, and one of them is always closed, meaning there is effectively only one desk for the entire branch at the main headquarters. Additionally, there is no queue or organization. I arrived at the bank at 9:00 AM and entered the office at 11:30 AM... an absolute disgrace. NOTE : No water .. No toilet paper
