Oh my god, I've called so many times and spent so much money but no one picks up. What a boring business!
Techcombank is one of the best banks in Vietnam; they provide excellent service... You'll feel the best service right from the start. I really like the working style of all the staff here.

Unreasonable fees. My account was charged 110,000 VND. I called customer service all day and finally got through, but the call was cut off. The customer service said the fee was due to no transactions for 6 months. I've never seen any bank charge such unreasonable fees. When I opened the card, the staff didn't explain anything, and when I called customer service, they said the fee was due because there were no transactions that month, and that the fee schedule was the bank's policy. Extremely poor service.
