Techcombank Tân Bình 99A Đường Cộng Hòa Street

Very disappointed with theit feedback. Last week I visited to this Techcombank branch to open bank account. I have valid TRC and valid work permit until 2024 April. My company also ready to increase my legal work contract again as they need technical person. I work in vietnam HCM as a technical master technician for Lamborghini, Rolls Royce. I have already bank account in HSBC, I want open one more because I heard Techcom bank have good interest rate on VND fixed deposit. But after I visited there and ask for open new account then they simply refuse it. Recepsonist who attended me can not even talk proper english and simply said foreigner can not open bank account. I show her TRC, Passport, HSBC vietnam bank statement, but still refuse to assist and open new account. How can a country, a organization, a bank, can develop if they not open legal account also? Totally disgusting experience. I don't want write bad review for such good reputed bank but they must understood that if someone

Large branch, excellent service. The staff member at counter number 4 was friendly and efficient, 10/10. It's a pity I forgot to ask for their name so I can use their other services in the future.
