The problem with this agency is the overcrowdedness, as well as the luck of money in their ATM always, very good bank but this agency is called between clients the worst in Agadir, this is just my opinion trying to make them better than this. Good luck and try to be better.

It sucks... I went to their office on Via 29 Novembre at 9:00. The change machine wasn't available. They told me I had to come back after 10:00. I went to the beach for two hours. At 11:30 I went up to this office, got the queue and my number. When it was my turn, they told me the change was after 12:00... Ground service!!!

I wish to express my deep dissatisfaction following a recent experience at one of your branches. During my last visit, I introduced myself like any other citizen, taking a ticket to wait my turn. My goal was simply to access the services offered at the desk located at the entrance, on the right. However, I was extremely surprised and disappointed by the slowness of the service. The gentleman working at this desk worked disconcertingly slowly, typing on his computer at an excessively slow pace. Only one person was seen in 1.5 hours, which seems to me to be completely excessive and unacceptable in a banking institution that claims to be modern and efficient. Faced with this situation, I ultimately left the premises without being seen, despite the waiting time. I strongly recommend that the bank's management conduct anonymous visits, as ordinary citizens, to assess for themselves the true quality of the service provided. I'm sure they would be very surprised (and probably disappointed
