Disappointing experience! We waited for a long time with no one showing up to assist us. No communication, no updates on our status. It feels like no one cares. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor service and lack of attention to customers

I went there today to open a new Account. After waiter for mor than one Hour, i was told that they are going to close soon and to return tomorrow morning. I told them, that i don’t have time tomorrow because i am traveling to another city. the response was: „that is not my problem, but yours“. During the whole hour i was sitting there waiting for the Clerk, he was just on his mobile phone on calls and laughing, while people were waiting for him. Bad customer service is one thing, but being rude is too much! Do yourself a favor and dont go to this Bank. When asked for his name (ABDELHAMID) he didn’t want to tell me. Just the Security told me. Worst Customer Service EVER experienced.

Abdelhamid very unsympathetic, let me wait for 1.5 hours I told them it’s my last day of vacation, just to tell me I have to leave they are closing, I tried to explain, and he told me if it is his or mine Problem and kicked me out. Rest of the staff equally very unsympathetic especially ABDEL HAMID

Well disappointment and frustration this time with the lack of response and assistance I have received from your customer service department or let’s say my « advisor » Karim serghouchni (CIH bank med 5) . Despite numerous attempts to contact your bank through phone calls and emails, I have not received any form of acknowledgment or resolution regarding my concerns. I have been a loyal customer of CIH Bank for more than 8 years , and I have always appreciated the quality of service provided. However, the recent lack of communication has left me feeling neglected and unsupported. As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive timely and satisfactory assistance when I encounter issues or have inquiries, especially having given the assigned advisor who never responded on working hours and when he does he responded on non working hours and then he complained that he supposed not answer since he’s out of duty, but when he’s on duty he never answer which is confusing.
