Great customer service for a small branch, the two ladies who worked at the branch on Tuesday, Jan 6th in the afternoon were super helpful with my case. There was an old man came in before me, he was a little empty-minded. But they were very patient with him as well. Very good job.
The bank security guard had a poor attitude. I drove up to the entrance and asked where I could park, but he didn't answer. I went inside to deposit money, and about 10 minutes later, I was fined by the traffic police for parking in a prohibited area.
The staff were very enthusiastic and spoke very nicely...
