Very negative. I have been paying €20.00 in service costs per month for years. For 3 policies that have been automatically debited for 30 years. I can't get rid of that. The 3 policies have an annual return of 260, of which I have to spend 240. What do I get for that €20 per month? According to their service. But I never hear or see anything. I really think it's a waste. Think very carefully about service contracts.

I had a very disappointing experience with Veldsink Domburg. Since 2020, I'd been paying €15 a month for a service subscription that apparently wasn't necessary for my mortgage. I wasn't clearly informed that I could have paid a lower premium by simply maintaining the term life insurance policy without the full subscription. This lack of transparency has led to years of unnecessary costs. Despite several requests to cancel the subscription, I was always fobbed off with vague answers. Most disappointing was that I didn't receive the advice I deserve as a customer over the phone. If Veldsink Domburg had informed me at the time that I could cancel the subscription, I would have done so immediately. Instead, I was told that the subscription was actually part of the mortgage. The lack of attention to my mortgage status and the unclear invoices that stated €0.00 for services but ultimately charged €15 make me feel that Veldsink Domburg is primarily acting in their own best interests, not t

€17.50 service fee per month? What for??? You haven't contacted us at all for the past 20 years since Jaap retired. Disgraceful!!! And when you tell them to transfer certain insurance policies to someone else, you get the polite request to cancel the other outstanding policies as well. Talk about customer service! You'll never see us again and we certainly won't recommend you!

I used their services to review my insurance package and adjust my mortgage for renovations. Short lines of communication, proactive, realistic, and knowledgeable. Easy data processing via the online customer portal. I wasn't familiar with the mortgage maintenance plan, but everything was explained clearly and efficiently.

Incredibly poor service. They never manage to respond to emails within two months, and without discussing it, a "service" subscription was added to my mortgage agreement, which I still can't get rid of after more than a year and multiple emails and promises.
