I've been a CIH customer for a long time. Very bad experience at this branch. CIH CASA CENTRE (address: Corner of Rue Leon L'Africain and Rue Colbert, Casablanca). I went to the teller desk the first time. The advisor was on the phone about a car wash (haha) and didn't even speak to me. No welcome, no respect, no consideration for the customer. I then went to another office. The agent informed me that for a simple direct debit authorization for my gym membership, I absolutely had to go to my main branch. I explained that my branch is very far away, but he refused any solution, even though it's just a basic authorization. No flexibility, no sense of service, no willingness to help. It's very disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism.

Very disappointing service. A complete lack of professionalism: schedules were not respected, organization was nonexistent, and the security staff behaved rudely. It felt like the service only operated when they felt like it. The only positive point: the agency manager was respectful and attentive.

Hello CIH Bank, I am sending you this to summarize the OUTRAGEOUS situation I found myself in with the manager of my CASA CENTRE branch (address: Corner of Rue Leon L'Africain and Rue Colbert, Casablanca), due to his behavior towards his customers. When I submitted my request on July 20, 2021, to recover what was rightfully mine—a bank card I had lost—the branch manager took the place of a customer service representative (who was absent). He then refused to process my request, claiming it was the second time I had made it. Even worse was his manner of speaking, especially his attitude of treating ALL CIH BANK CUSTOMERS as "KHICH BIKH!!!!", "POOR", and "BOUZEBAL!!!!", and he told me to leave the branch (JERRA AALIA in Arabic!!!). I hope you can understand the language of such a despicable and rude person, who is far from being a professional. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I am a valued customer who deserves to be treated with respect and loyalty by my bank. Si

To date, I've never had a bad experience with this agency, nor a good one for that matter. While I'm not entirely satisfied with their services, I can't blame the staff 100%; managing such a large number of clients per day isn't easy. Therefore, I don't recommend them.
