What's a bank without customer service? I've been there several times and I've seen how the employees work. One of the staff members just walks around showing off her suit and chatting away! At the same time, a customer like me might be waiting for a reply to an email without calling, but she has no time for that, yet plenty of time for chatting! It's 2021 and they let an employee work 5 hours without a break because no one can cover for them. And when that advisor goes to lunch, there are 7 clients waiting... A major bank that unfortunately doesn't have the money to ensure 24/7 coverage!

They made my 90-year-old grandmother wait outside, and once she got back inside, the person in charge was in Reunion and no one in the bank was able to give her a bank statement!

Terrible service every time. No one answers the phone; customers are clearly not their priority! Catastrophic.
