I asked them to exchange Moroccan dirhams to euros. They said yes without paying much attention. I took a number and waited for 30 minutes, but then they told me they only exchange euros to dirhams. At the counter, they claimed I hadn’t said what I wanted clearly, but I definitely did. I ended up wasting time and couldn’t exchange my money. I should have gone to the main bank when I first arrived in the country to avoid this problem.
