Canceling the old card and creating a new one takes an hour and a half to complete??? The staff was so leisurely, and no one was lining up. I just went in and sat down and did it right away.
The bank is terrible, during the bank's main operating hours there were 7 employees in the lobby and no other customers besides me, but no one received or took my application even though I pressed the ticket. NO ONE, INCLUDING THE SECURITY GUARD
