At 11:30 AM on February 25, 2026, I went to withdraw my savings. The staff's attitude was evasive and irresponsible. A whole banking system covering the entire city of Saigon, yet when withdrawing money, they insisted I go to the branch where I deposited it because they didn't have enough cash? Okay, I accept that a large amount of money needs to be transferred, but if it needs to be transferred, why not transfer it to any branch? Why insist on making me go to District 7 when I live in District 1 and have already inquired at a District 1 branch? If that's the case, what's the point of having so many branches? They should close all other branches and only open one in District 7. Calling the hotline, from regular numbers to Premier customer numbers, to inform them about the withdrawal was unsuccessful; no one answered from afternoon to evening, from morning to noon. Terrible service.

This branch is newly opened, but they act like they're the boss. I went in to register a business account, and the teller at the first counter spoke to me without proper grammar. Then I went to the second counter, and the teller did the same thing. Even when I made a mistake and just needed guidance, they were annoyed and showed an unhappy attitude. In short, they're very unprofessional. It's like customers are begging for favors when they come to transact business with them.

Waiting for service is super long. From 13:30 until now 16:00 still waiting. Just withdrawing collateral book but it took so much time. When asked, they said the boss is in a meeting. If so, is the boss in a meeting causing all services to be blocked?
