Have been with CIH for years this is literally the worst agency in Marrakesh.. They never start in time you'd be there sitting watching them have no urgency setting for the day, lunch break is about 3 hours, the system is crashing or had stopped and they would inform you to leave and come back, just leave you sitting there clueless. The atm crashed and took my card in it took me three days to get it back for a 30 seconds procedure. I will be raising a formal complaint to the CIH management in writing because I see these comments haven't changed anything.

from my personnal experience! I wiil tell you look for something else! I wanted to transfer a check to my account but I couldn't do it, the siad that the scan machine is not working, no it's been 5 dyas, I couldn't get the money yet. so if you are looking to save time a lot of time do not work with these people! they do not deserve, your attention, i'm not a fake person or scamp. Now i have to wait for days to open a bank account in another bank, lets hope to be better than this one! and for this comment I will put directly on your website and social media! so next time do not waste people's time! sick of been waiting!

The word service ever. I keep coming to get a card. And on my FORTH visit within a month she tells me that I didn’t order it. Seriously???? Why do I keep coming every week? To see that stupid face? Never never never never again.

The worst bank with the worst service, it's like they are working without a salarie, if dogs worked in that Agency it would be better for the clients

slow service, usually crowded due to that, air conditioning is not working, launch breaks takes pretty long, but a very nice welcoming security guy.
