No problems here to open bank account- staff is friendly and helpful. BMCI not far away was beyond catastrophic - i gave up there….glad to find this bank even it is more far.
One of the most disgusting office around Marrakesh I have been to, the service it’s terrible the people are not understanding I will never never back to this place again and trust me, don’t waste your time coming to this place.

First of all, the manager's behavior is truly appalling and completely unprofessional. It's a disgrace that in 2026, a bank still behaves this way. I closed my account with them and advised all my friends to do the same.
On the contrary, I was well received by a civil servant who introduced me to the director; the reception was very warm.
