The light blue bank
I've been here 2-3 times already, and they haven't been able to resolve the issue as communicated. The call center told me to handle the account matter at the branch, but the branch couldn't handle it either. I'm very disappointed.
The people dispensing queue tickets at the front spoke rudely and abruptly. I don't know how many there were, but the elderly woman dispensing tickets on January 24th, 2026 (afternoon) spoke impolitely and was unsuitable for someone at the front. I've seen this several times; it really needs improvement.
