Excellent service. Little waiting time. Visa companies use this place so they get priority though

The first branch of Krung Thai Bank was beautifully decorated, and the staff provided excellent and efficient service. Yaowarat is a vital economic artery, dating back to its construction during the reign of King Rama IV. This area was home to a Chinese community, and according to feng shui principles, it was considered a "golden dragon" location. Therefore, many banks were established along this economic hub. Krung Thai Bank began operations, establishing its first branch, Krung Thai Bank Limited, by merging two banks in which the government held the majority stake at the time: Agricultural Bank Limited and Monthon Bank Limited. The office was located on Yaowarat Road, a key economic artery at the time. This was done to ensure a stable financial position, protect depositors, provide broad customer service, and play a greater role in the country's economic development.

I was very impressed with the service at this branch. I happened to be replacing my notebook and didn't have to wait long; I just got a queue number and was served very quickly.

I called, but no one answered. It's very difficult to contact them. I've been trying to track down the account balance for almost two weeks and still haven't received it. No one answers the phone. How can you let customers wait for this long?
