Good service and parking
It was incredibly careless. I arrived, got a queue number as usual, and when my number was called, I said I wanted to cash in my lottery ticket. The staff told me to wait. I waited, but they skipped over me for almost 10-20 minutes, about 5-6 people ahead of me, and nobody called me. It was extremely careless. I was furious.
I arrived around 3:50 PM, almost 4:00 PM, only to find the bank's entrance closed. There were no staff downstairs to open the door for customers, even though the bank said it closed at 4:30 PM.
Very bad, very slow, making you wait for unnecessary things for a very long time. If there is AI or modern and convenient technology, this branch should be one of the first to be replaced (as of February 7, 2024).
Extremely slow. There are staff members, but the process is incredibly slow. There are four counters, but only one person is sitting there. Many people are waiting, but the service is still very slow. You just keep waiting. Customers need to be available to use this service. If you're in a hurry, please use another bank. 😤😤😤😤😤
