I had gone there to enquire about Tesla acquisition auto loan and this bank new leadership peer checked and seconded massive calculated shortfall from my condo mortgage of another large regional bank 2013. That amount of $574000SGD as of CNY2026 is still pending. I hope UOB cashier order soon. I was assassinated a few times over a 5-figure unsettled sum. What cheapskate local.

The new DBS website is appalling. Got logout automatically multiple times in the middle of transactions, cannot send email to report fault, etc. new pay and transfer pay is terrible - you need a big screen and need multiple keystroke to do a simple transaction - why change when the old interface is intuitive and fast. The new website is unstable. —— respond to dbs reply: 1. as in my review, the website email to dbs option is not working, so how to send feedback. 2. the pay and transfer layout is stupid with a list of options on the right hand side. for devices in portrait mode the right side are not visible/truncated etc. 3. the challenge of good interface is to require the least number of clicks for a transaction and a minimum number of clicks for a sequence of transactions. 4. lastly, authentication button no longer triggers a message to approve transaction. another “new” backward feature in the upgrade. looks like a very badly though out interface downgrade not upgrad

Nice and kind polite lady who has been extremely patient with me, for opening my first new savings DBS account. She also taught me how to use DBS digibank. Also helping me out by giving my internet access as there are internet connection issues on my phone. No long queue, recommend coming here for short waiting time and pleasant service
