After moving to a new province (Songkla) I needed a new local bank account. After many forms and photo it was a success. Friendly and helpful staff.

Service is poor. Only few tellers are in the counter. A lot of clients for one bank teller at the counter. I hope they will fixed it.

Wait&wait

This is the worst branch ever. The wait times are incredibly long. Even updating my passbook took over 30 minutes. Even if you come early in the morning, they won't open for service. They've updated my passbook multiple times and still haven't fixed the magnetic strip. Once you arrive at their official opening time, the wait is extremely long. If you plan to do business at this branch, I recommend allowing extra time; you might expect to wait 1-2 hours to get to a counter.

Not only is the queue long enough, but they're also letting people who just arrived skip the line. So what's the point of having a queue number system? I've been waiting for hours.
