Not recommended for non-Thai customers. I (Thai) went here for the first time to open an account with my partner (non-Thai). The person who served us was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and INSULTING. She randomly asked me if I had come here last time with the another guy?. Excuse me, this question shouldn’t even come out from such an educated person. I was shocked and only calm at that point as I still needed their service. The staff need such trainings on MINDSET, ATTITUDE and also Customer service.

Kasikorn Bank, Central Hat Yai Branch. It is a branch located within the Central Hat Yai shopping center. Open every day. The service is good, systematic and fast.

When taking copy of passport, staff was carelessly on her mobile and folded the passport inner info page, resulted in voiding the passport. Staff don't care, not take responsibility, avoid this branch.

This bank should seriously review its cost-saving. Hiring more staff than necessary, especially having 2 staff to take queue cards instead of customers, is a waste of resources and useless. To make matters worse, the staff were rude to foreigners and gave misinformation to customers. It's no wonder they have so much free time to take selfies and play on social media all day. The goal should be to reduce costs and improve service efficiency, but they did the exact opposite, adding unnecessary staff and terrible service. This is really disappointing. Lastly, I didn't take a picture of you because it was my last act of kindness as a customer.
