The staff is terrible. Especially the security guard outside said that only thai people can open the bank, and his behavior was not good at all.

I had a terrible experience at this branch. The only male employee at the counter at 4:30 PM on the day this review was written was still engrossed in his phone while I was asking for information. He seemed unwilling to work and spoke without politeness or courtesy, which was completely unbecoming of a customer service job. The manners and professionalism of his staff need serious improvement.
If I call and can't get through, why put the phone number there?
