This KTB branch has now moved temporarily to 5th floor of Central World. Slow service and understaffed as usual.
There are machines out front that eliminate the need to take a number and see the teller. However, on the times I've seen the tellers service has always been wonderful. Will return.
Don’t come to this place during weekends (or weekdays). Waiting for almost half an hour just for deposit my money. Way short of staffs.

Very slow. Waiting in line for a long time—about 1 hour—and also have 2 staff to take care of customers in a whole branch.
