The experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, unacceptable for a bank that claims to prioritize customer service. This morning, I visited the branch simply to verify my phone number. However, not only was the process delayed for no reason, but a staff member also mishandled my account — causing my face recognition to be lost, which now prevents me from making any transfers through the KPlus app. This is a critical functionality, and your staff’s negligence has directly affected my ability to access essential banking services. To make matters worse, I was holding queue number L518, but when customer L514 finished and left, the staff refused to call the next number (L515) even after a 30-minute gap. When asked, they simply ignored the queue and claimed they were “only supporting foreign customers with tickets starting with W.” I, like many others, was left waiting without explanation – even though I had a valid queue number. Superb unfriendly, rude and unhelpful staff,! As I’m a foreigner trying to get the kbank app, need to re queue 3 times! Wasted a half day here!

Slowest service. Stupid managers. Cannot even remove own cash from account. Because new passport. Had both passport with me. Departments staff fight and badmouthing about each other. Had to wait 1 hour, make new bank book, even after I said have it at home. 🤦‍♂️

What kind of bank asks you to come back tomorrow just to make a reservation to open an account? Apparently, they only handle about 6 new accounts per day for foreigners—which is baffling. I’ve opened accounts at other banks in Thailand without this kind of hassle, but this one makes it feel like I need to beg them just to deposit my own cash. Extremely inefficient and unwelcoming process.

Rudest reception staff and most incompetent staff ever. Looks at passport. Got discriminatory mode soon as seeing "Myanmar". As an organization, such rude and discriminatory behaviours should not exist. This branch should be thoroughly investigated and some of the staffs should be sacked should better service be provided. I would give 0 star if I could.
