Hotline now becomes 8am to 8pm. After this timing is for scsm cases and fraudulent transactions. Doesnt give good customer experience. Also, scammer was able to pose as Maybank staff quoting my nric, name and last 4 digits of my new credit card which i hv not activated and received. Will be closing my Maybank account soon. Moreover, if i were to go to the branch, it must be 2 hours before closing which is impossible because i finish work at 530pm and bank closed at 7pm. Had very bad customer experience. Will close my account on 18 Nov 2025.

My experience with getting my errand done was quick. Staff was helpful. However, the place was very confusing. There was not a systematic way or structure to direct and inform customer of where to go and what's going on. Apparently this is still a banking facility but according to the staff, this is a "concept store". Not sure what advantage does this "concept" give though. Suggest to go during off peak period.

I want to thank Lisa specifically for her help. Even it was closing hours, Lisa maintained her smile and helped me with patience. Her partner at the branch was very supportive as well. Thanks

If you arrive before they open and it’s your first time, you might get confused as to where the bank is. Or maybe it’s just me haha. The bank is infused with a coffee shop so just enter either the coffee shop or the ATM area. This bank is like a pop-up branch so it’s not the conventional type. Staff is friendly and seem competent. 4-stars only as I was attended to late.

Rude staff particularly the guy with the black painted nails. Talking to customers looking annoyed.
